The #1 question I get when photographing families is, what to wear?
When picking out your wardrobe you will want to be creative and play around. If you want a classic look I suggest keeping things simple by wearing solid colors. When choosing solid colors you can choose up to 4 colors. Two of those colors being your base colors which could be black, gray, navy, white, brown, tan or ivory. Then adding in a few pop of colors like coral, purple, yellow, green, turquoise. I always suggest alternating what everyone is wearing for instance if dad is wearing a mint green top with khaki pants and navy accessories, mom could wear a coral blouse, navy pants and a mint green accessories. If you have children you can add a little pattern in these colors like in the above what to wear guide. The boys shorts are a mix of all the colors in a checkered pattern.
Don’t be afraid to play around with outfits and accessories…this is the fun part to me.
If you need help I am always available for wardrobe suggestions.
